Hi Chris,
Sorry to hear about your problems.
I will get Kirsty to post out your new jets to your address on file.
As regards the end screw, the way to fix this is to use some two pack araldite. Re-glue it in. (I'm sure that you have worked that one out already!)
As regards the sticky pole, thats why I asked the age, in case it was ours!
First thing to do is to fully extend the pole and flush out the inside with water, this can sometimes be caused by dirt etc, going up the pole on the hose and jamming it up. If that doesn't shift it. Loosen the allen key on the peg retaining nut on the clamp in question, sometimes in the factory they can be slightly over tightened. Don't loosen it too much just a touch.
If that doesn't help then undo the allen key bolt completely and remove thpeg now slide the clamp housing off of the pole end, and clean the inside of the clamp and clean around the base off the removed section and the white guides.
One or all of these should completely sort your sticky pole problem out.
Once again sorry about the end screw if you need a replacement just give us a shout.
