Make a sensible offer liz , as the post  says ,

I'm  not desperate , just off loading work that's a bit far out for me , dont need people to think about it ,

Be realistic , I could easily off load this work to local aldershot windy for 5 x value if I make the right calls or advertise it .

As said well established , no Messers please , I'm not going to give away the work ,

Let's be realalistic ,

We all no commercial goes for better x value than domestic

thing is they could cancel any time

when buying a round of say 100 houses 5-15 cancel no problem but when buying one single "good will clean every 6 weeks" , and that job cancels you have nothing left , no contracts in place? im sure its worth 4x 5x or more but how can you be sure they dont cancel just cos they dont like the look of the new window cleaner,

give us an idea of how much you would like to see on it,

im only 40 mins drive away from the site and could use some good commercial work

To be honest, if you have been offered 5 x for 1 x £150 commercial job, i would take it.
