Sorry to hear... had similar in the past .. ladder slipped at side of con right in front of cust ... hurt like hell, its funny how you get up and put on brave face... felt a right muppet!
Got back to the van jes the pain, legs went black n blue...
Lesson learnt... we now use platforms so much safer and makes cons so much easier .....worth the extra cost .
