Depends how many classes you are doing but relatively easy really.

£48?

At that price I'd guess very easy  ;D

Remember you'll need harness too (H).

I got a £200 grant from the government, for any learning course... and the actual course is only £240.. so i thought id take full advantage.. ;D

They supply the harness, just need boots, vest and a hardhat..

Just wondered if there are any tips or is it pretty much just common sense..

My taxes are as high as yours..actually, your probably in the higher tax bracket...rich bast*rd  ;)

Gotta take all the bargains and freebies you can get in my opinion... why not?

Yeah im hoping its a small group, so we can just get through it quick. Ive had loads of practice on all the machines, so hopefull be straight forward..

Then if we finish early, i might go out for a few champagnes...uhhhh, i mean beers.. ;D

Very nice!

I meant that you must also be sure to do the harness training. It's a half day course in its own right and must be done if you're going to use any of the above.

I think it's one of the con's when making bookings. No one mentions this until you're on the course, by which time you've no choice but to say yes to the extra outlay.

I paid and extra £100 (+VAT) per person for the harness course and static boom as both were excluded from our initial course, despite my stressing what we needed.

As you're there already it may be possible to do it on the day, 2 hours max will cover this as shared info with the other courses you're doing. It might not be possible though as your day looks full to the brim, depending how many instructors and availability of kit.

Good luck!

Thanks mate, given me a bit of confidence. I thought it would be down to common sense.
