I can't remember the exact details other than you couldn't use the stuff unless you 'bought into the dream' first.
Personally I'm against all this steralize the world stuff. One of the reasons why there are more and more people suffering from allegies is because they haven't built up any resistance to the simple things in life.
I can see it now, the year is 3012 and the human race is just about extinct because the human body has no resistance to anything.....why? because we set about steralizing everything.
I mean what this stupid soap dispenser as seen on TV that you can get soap from without actually touching the dispenser 
It contains soap which you are just about to wash your hands with ffs but you don't want to 'risk' touching a germ first do you 
It doesnt steralise, it breaks down the proteins in the droppings which cause the allergic reaction, very important distinction.
Hand soap dispenser is brilliant what a fantastic peice of marketing, I have brought this up many times, if you touch a contaminated button, dispenser what ever, you will wash of the contaminants off once you have applied it and run the water, so whats the point !!.
I think the penny has dropped with loads of consumers, you can see them on special offer everywhere, especially Costco.
I wish I had their marketing team working for me,
