I am based in Manchester Richard but have recently picked up some work in the area and would like to build on that. Alright Ian thanks for the advice on this site found some really helpful info on here.   :)

id be looking at having 60% of yr earnings

I have just aquired a big round in chester but im willing to let go any of my stuff thats sub £10
bread and butter stuff that will get you going in the area £6-£9 terrace all monthly  , will let it go for a reasonable price ,,, if your interested
