Hi

does anyone do 'best office manager' awards and send them flowers or a gift to keep your customers sweet?
or is it a silly idea?  ;)

Great idea in my view. We used to do something similar & also a "best cleaning team" cause they get ped off if they see someone else getting something & its an incentive to improve,
