Try using CRYSTAL SODA ( TESCO OR SAINSBURY) pound a packet!!!!!! Acid will cause  tiny pores in the tiles which will hold dirt. Use a cleaning brush, avoid pressure washing and hot water. Diversey's SPEEDSTRIPE is also very good because it contains XYLENE, Use a vac!!!

High Alkaline Cleaner such as Aqua Mix Heavy Duty.  Pre wet the floor then apply the High Alkaline Diluted accordingly and allow to dwell, agitate then pull to one side with a squeegee.  If the results are OK vac up solution and rinse then vac again.  If not OK add a little 220  or 320 Grit Aqua Seal Hone Powder and agitate then Vac and rinse.  The results will be perfect mate.

Professional Cleaning contractors whether they be hard floor, carpet, pressure washing etc would never turn up to a job with DIY products from a local store or they would look like idiots.

Thks for advice used your '320 Grit Aqua Seal Hone Powder' purchased from yourselves Amazon only needed small quant ! (bloody aqua seal  ) thks for  quick del service will feedback on Amazon 

Worked really well, when required, turns out job also included fully tiled shower areas.... man really negleted.. in such a condition had to use acid - results were fantastic
