I need a national WFP Operator!
« on: November 25, 2005, 05:04:46 pm »
We have been asked to provide details of an operator that may be able to clean car park facades on a national basis. The customer is aware that pure water is the best way to clean them (max 6 stories high) and is looking for a professional and reliable company to do it on a regular basis. There is also the possibility of other cleaning work as well.

There are 10 sites (most at UK airports - From London in the South through to Glasgow in the North) with more being built / aquired.

If you are interested in the work please email me mike@expresscleaningsupplies.co.uk with details of where you are based, how many operators you have and what type of system(s) you use. I'll then forward the most appropriate on to the customer.

Thanks

Mike

Mike, have you tried laddersfree?
www.laddersfree.co.uk.  They are not a window cleaning company exactly, but they should be able to organise contractors for the 10 sites, and they have a quality control procedure in place too.

Failing that, Antac are a very well reputed national window cleaning company, who use water-fed poles, but also MEWPs and rope-access when needed.

Not very comforting that a integral part of this forum along with the editor of the only publication representing our industry promotes single companies?

Thanks for the emails. I'll forward them on and let you know the outcome.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. It doesn't matter what make of equipment is used. My concern is that I don't recommend someone who is going to turn up with something 'home-made' that isn't going to do the job efficiently and therefor reflects badly on us. My experience is that the people who use the best equipment usually do the best job!

Hello, my name is Martin. I run a cleaning company in the north-east. We currently have three vans on the road working throughout the north using relatively new systems from stream. Would be very interested in branching out into national contracts. All work is done to a very high standard. You can contact me on my e-mail for any further details you may require - sales@mjfcleaning.com

Hi,

I note that Mike is asking interested parties to send their details to him, as is the norm. Its puzzling to see some  posts of interested parties asking him to contact them?.
