The Newton Abbot Learning Partnership and the Dawlish Learning Partnership
are looking for suitable qualified cleaning contractor to deliver a daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly and 6 monthly cleaning service to the separate
group of schools.
Currently there are 5 schools in each of the partnerships that wish to be
included in this process. There will be 2 separate Lots for the
partnerships, Newton Abbot Learning Partnership (NALC) and the Dawlish
Learning Partnership (DLP). Contractor may bid for either one or both of
the Lots.
Total square metreage for each of the Lots is circa 10 000 square metre
approximately and more information will be detailed at the site visits.

incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period (or 15 days if non
electronic methods used) at the point that information on the award of the
contract is communicated to tenderers.
If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully
resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 provide for aggrieved
parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules
to take action in the High Court.
Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
