Cleaning of 4 offices and communal areas to 42 blocks of flats. Window
cleaning to 3 offices and 19 blocks of flats. These are current numbers
and may change in advance of or during the contract.
Anticipated value range of 410 000 GBP - 680 000 GBP is the total
anticipated value over 5 year period (including the value of the option to
extend the contract by two extension of 12 months each).

Description of these options: The contract may include properties acquired

review of performance and at the discretion of PHA.

Penwith Housing Association (PHA) is part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing
Group (DCH). PHA manages DCH stock in Cornwall. Due to envisaged internal
restructuring it is possible that the name of the Client may at the time
of entering the contract be PHA or DCH. Consequently this notice is placed
with the intention that whichever name is appropriate at the time will be
the client name.
