Pricing help
« on: October 29, 2011, 02:08:34 pm »
I haveust quoted a price for a house I clean the windows on. Would like to know what you guys would quote. It's for-

Gutter empty - 26m at 1st floor height 5m at ground floor height. Some over a conservatory. 3m with grass growing out.

Gutter, soffit and fascia wash. 26m at 1st floor height with the soffit up to 2 feet deep. 5m at ground floor height. 20m over 3 eves (one of which quite difficult as over garage) so 51m all together. Quite dirty not having been cleaned in at least 5 years but not black with dirt.

Glass conservatory roof, quite clean, only did it last month. 6 panels at 6x2.5 foot and 4 angled corner panels.

Difficult without pictures but what would you quote.

Sounds to me like a good hard days work for £180 on a rainy day if you are efficient.I`d like nearer £240 with emptying the gutters as well. Although i`d do it for £180 i wouldn`t do it for a penny less.

Cheers guys. Asked for and got £240.00. Was feeling I might have been over the top a little but now a bit happier.

If it was a regular customer then 90
quid.2 and a half hours work.I wouldnt empty gutters though.

Fascia, soffit cleaning doesn't take long.neither does a pretty clean roof

1 hour for the fascia/soffit cleaning

1 hour for roof and windows

Half hour for setting up/driving to next job

No tfr just pure.scrub/rinse.job done.
price higher/work harder!
