Will they be done for Christmas ?
« on: October 29, 2011, 10:11:34 am »
Had this off 2 customers yesterday one after the other.

Both asking if they would be cleaned before Christmas as it stood told them no as it was 28th but as they're good customers and nice people I would do them on 23rd so nice and shiny for Christmas.

Was planning to take the 23rd off but may get more of this type of enquiry - (had none like this last year ?) ... or offer it to the ones who i know will want it.

Few Christmas tips as well I rekon.

Apologies for the 1st Christmas post but someone had to do it  ;D

i forgot to mention...that any out of rota requests must still mean that the job gets done again when its due to be done with the others in the rota

otherwise they get all muddled, and we have to drive all over the place :)

we just chuck on the snow spikes...its never stopped us

BUT

the snow is never too bad in the S/E

we never let extras get the jobs out of sync, as above :)

We've had several ask already and we've been told we'll do our best. Got in a right mess last year due to the weather after we'd promised everyone so have learned from our mistakes!  ;D
