Had a call today asking to quote a groupon deal that was a no show

talk about arrogant, they do a deal with groupon, get it wrong, go t1ts up and then put a message like that up. disgracefull.

Remember the Enterprise discussions.
Did a job today where the guy had initially agreed to a living room clean for £10 through enter-rip-off
He thought about it then called them to cancell believing there must be more to it than £10 for a living room. This led to him looking for some 'real' carpet cleaners.
Price with zero negotiation for 4m x 4m living room.....£80

Sometimes just sometimes, some people don't want to fall for these 'cheap' deals that must have a catch attached somewhere.

282 deals...get the code numbers.....call them in....get paid 282 x £12.09 (net) then basically just f--- off  without doing the work :o

I think it would only be fair on hector to find out the facts on why this has happened first before judging him someone going out of business is not a joking matter !

The guys I know that did the 2 Edinurgh groupons at 400+ cleans tell me that most of their work is for high end clients with up sales and mileage charges.

They are struggling to get through them all though.

There was indeed another.............from the info' I'd found ...............they claimed to be an established business but according to company house they were formed in July 2011.

Their web site was far from complete but although they'd never traded they managed to get testimonials  :-X
