ive never had a customer say not today etc. i dont really know where this reputation of letting a customer know being a bad thing comes from?
I think what Steve means is that if theyve got the chance to reply, they will think of an excuse to save some money,I dont even know when we are doing our domestics so the customers have got no hope of knowing, We just turn up at around about the 6 weekly mark and clean. Very professional Dean
