only when the condensation makes the roof stuff fall on the radiator, I ran bungies along the roof of the van to stop it dropping down, then got fed up and ripped it all out

ah yeah good idea with the bungie cords! but surely even if the fall on the iol rad there is still no chance of fire?

how come you ripped it all out mate? did the bungies not even hold it up  ???

no the bungies worked fine fine mate, don't listen to me, I ripped it all out when there was three feet of snow and it was -12 at lunch time as it all seemed pointless at that point, outside tap wouldn't work and even when I had hot water in my tank I couldn't park anywhere near where I needed to work for cars left at the roadside ;D it does get grim up here

yes fine mate, just take my advice on the bungiees as it does come down when wet, I am thinking on using the thin silver insulation this year as that never budged and seemed to reflect the heat downward
