undo the 2 wires going to the pressure switch and just wire in the 2 wires coming out of the bottom and discard the spare red wire

From the rear of the pump you have 2 wires a red & black, you only need these 2 wires.

The black is connected to the minus on battery.

Remove the red from the head of the pump, this is connected to the positive on battery.

You will need to put a switch and a fuse in the red wire, as the pump will not shut off and keep pumping if you dont.

If you bye a varistream this will be set up same way, and give you full control over the flow rate of water.

Thanks Roy

so just that i,m sure on my pump shurflo75psi i have

2 red wires coming out of the top of the pump and one of the red ones is going into the bottom of the pump where there is one black one coming out of there . i hope that make sense this red one comes from the top of the pump and goes back into the pump at the bottom.
The 2nd red wire then goes straight to the switch on the outside of the pump box

if i remove the red wire from the head(top) of the pump all i will have then is 1 black and 1 red going form the top and back into the pump at the bottom ,do i take this red from the top and wire it to the switch. ???
and just discard the other red wire.
