Hoses and hose reels for a 50 litre trolley system.
« on: November 04, 2005, 08:21:13 pm »
I'm after a hose and hose reel to attach to my 50 litre trolley system.

I probably only require 20 to 25 meters of hose maximum.

What's the best to get?

Cheers in advance.

Tosh, I use a small enclosed hozelock reel and have 30 meters of 8mm bore tricoflex on it. You will need to make some kind of adapter to connect the 8mm to the standard hose. I have about 4 inches of the standard hose on the reel and the 8mm airline hose connected to that. I had to open the reel to make the connection. I didn't want the adapter to come out of the reel casing when I pulled all the hose off. It works a treat. you can see the pics on my posting, new DIY WFP system that I put on a couple of months back. Dai
