Hi William

Do it your self its easy.

By osma soil pipe 110mm and cut into 600mm lenghts.

Lay the tank on its side and slide them in and build up in layers.

pack them as tight as you can.

Roy :)

I suspect they're a device to stop water sloshing about too much.

Imagine you've got 600 liters (= 600 kg) of water in a 1000 liter tank, in the rear of your van.  You're travelling at 40 miles per hour and have to brake sharply; all that water will rush forward and the forward momentum of it would not be pleasant.

The baffles reduce the 'slosh effect' I think.

(With that high-brow explanation, can you tell I have O Level physics (Grade C)?)

Mate, i couldn't spell phsychics......let alone get a grade C in it. Well thanx for that..I'm trolley as of next week, so i guess i don't need a baffle. Got Andy's trolley today. Gotta say.........it looks the biz. And i'm lookin forward to having muscles like Arnie in no time  ;D

I have a 1000ltr IBCin my van without baffles! I was very surprised to find that when you brake hard the opposite to what you expect happens, it actually pulls you back rather than pushes you forwards, on that basis I have yet to get round to baffling mine. The only downside is the gentle swaying maotion when you are sat still can tend to make you feel a bit seasick.

Good luck, Dino.

Make sure you educate your customers with David's (St Ives) WFP explanation letter from the section where you can download documents.

It works.  I can't have done a brilliant job on all the first WFP cleans I've done, but I've only had one unfounded complaint (the marks were on the inside for that one).

Mate, i've downloaded, edited and mate it "my own", so to speak. Just had to get rid of the " keeps your windows cleaner for longer" bit. I can hear them now.............."well if they're that clean.........make it every 2 months" You know where i'm coming from. But, yeh, totally invaluable sheet of A4 that is. It's all falling into place  ;D
