Safety harnesses and fixings
«

Hi Everyone
Wondered if anyone has experience of working with harnesses? ALso where to get the fixings and how to install/test them. Have a couple of jobs where I have to climb out of the window and hang on to the frame. They're not that high (just high enough to break your neck
), but there is no access at the back of the building.
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks Majestic
I'll give them a try. Were the fittings that you hook onto already there? The building I'm working on doesn't have any. Was hoping to supply the fittings for them. It's a bit of a charity job if you know what I mean

Steve, be careful about those fixings, I think they need to be installed by a HSE registered installer and given annual safety certification.
That's only what I've heard though, perhaps someone else knows more?
