starting up in seaton devon.pricing guide?

My brother is just about ready to start up window cleaning in seaton devon but is not  too sure about pricing up jobs.Any advice will be much appreciated.

Where are you from Jeff? I would say Seaton is a prosperous area so think South Coast prices!
