I have a round which is becoming too big for me to maintain at the current cleaning frequency
as a stop gap i am gonna stick a leaflet thru all customers doors explaining situation and letting them know that it will be 8 weekly cleans instead of five or six for a while until i get it sorted out (my fault the work just keeps coming in and i should have been a bit more on top of it before it got to this stage)

anyway i think i have a few options
trim the crap
sell some
employ

all have aspects i dislike
i keep coming back to the franchise idea tho,and i like it

anyone else got any input or thoughts/opinions

your in the same boat as i was few years back mate, your business has become a monster that takes over your life!

two options change the frequency or what i did get staff.

im not saying getting staff is def the answer for everyone tho, i can make a business or just as easy break a business!

we all go on about profit makes business but i feel cash flow keeps a business going, so i guess you have that to take into account aswell
