Roger

Got the set up running perfect, basically ratchet straps everywhere until I get a steel frame fabricated. Using it on the big job tomorrow and will be taking it to Oxford Sainsbury's to see what the running costs will be over a weeks worth of constant use.

Put it on heated water and my god instant. I think I have died and gone to heaven ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Roger I am so impressed with the unit I am going to be looking at going back onto tachograph and looking for another secondhand one, as a trailer unit, if possible, or contacting Mr Podell and having an import in the new year.

In two months, at the end of my year I will be upgrading the pump to an A&R pump, 35 litres per minute, with a return to tank fitted (to dump half of the water flow back to tank) so that when I require heat it will not be affected by flow rate and will give me the same output.

Ran it all day yesterday and with the engine exhaust now fitted to a new fabricated flue through the roof of the van it is very very clean. If I can fit some vents to the side of the van I could run it all day with all of the doors closed.

Rob,

They now do a slightly smaller trailer with a smaller tank around 600 lts but still the same machine inside. I'll try to give you a call later in the week.
