subbing to ironing lady

Hi again
I have been chatting with a lady who offers ironing services, i just offer cleaning. Just wanted to ask whats the best way to work together. Subbing work out, working in conjuction with - how do i do it? I see her services as an add on to mine rather than the other way around although i suppose she could see me as an add on service?
I'm not wanting to employ her or anything like that, how do i pitch it to customers? obviously she has her own charges.

Hi Lisa.
It depends how you want to benefit and how much hassle you are willing to take.
Options -
1) Find out how much she charges and offer the service yourself adding on £x and getting her to do it.
2) Agree a referal fee for any new customer you get her.
3) You promote her service and she in turn promotes yours.
I personally would go for the referal fee - mainly because I don't want the aggrevation of having to answer any complaints from the customer if anything goes wrong, for the sake of earning a small amount (if you were adding £x to her prices)
The referal way means that the customer deals directly with the ironing lady and you can get a one off payment risk free.
