5 on one day on Thursday

2 x semi's - nextdoor neighbours (parent/daughter) £12.50 (£15 first clean) each every two months.

1 x semi with conny £20 every two months plus another
1 x semi with conny £20 every two months

1 detached with extension £25 every two months (£30 first clean)

I reckon it's because the sun is shining but low in the sky and showing up all the muck.

But in the same week - chased up a monthly "front only" at £6.50 x 3 (put a note through on the fourth which I didn't clean) and got paid and she cancelled.  :'(

 ;D
It's a game of three halves!

I signed up 4 houses yesterday without leaving my house. All on email. Priced them via google street view. Think it came to about 60 quid a month.

Wed - a call from one of my custys neighbours. They got burgled by their window cleaner about 3 years ago and havent had one since. The guy said that he wanted me to clean them because nextdoor reccomended me and that i give my address for next door to post a cheque. Said he didnt even have a contact number for the last windy.

£12 - 4 weekly

Only takes 10 mins to clean his neighbours from stopping to leaving, so will be a nice addition ;D

I've picked up 13 this week, giving me 78 in all since starting up from scratch 8 weeks ago following  my relocation to the Emerald Isle.  4 of them were this afternoon.

I'm looking for 150 in total before I feel that I will be established enough not to need to canvass, so I am just past the halfway stage.

I feel good tonight!

I picked up another school on Friday, not a big one, but will take me a couple of hours each clean. All from the headteachers talking to each other. Only quoted £70 a clean which I am more than happy with.
