Agree with Martin we have removed from buildings etc no problem.
Health risk blah .... all a big con you read all the evidence not a problem just use std ppe bag and seal.
We once got asked for a license to remove human feces (nice eh) complete nonsense, turned out the other cleaning company had enough of problem (alley way near nightclub) and didnt want to deal with problem told the owner you needed a license!
Ask for clarification ref license you might find another contractor is trying to pull a fast one
there are actually serious health concerns with pigeon guano, it contains over 60 diseases, 40 of which are communicable to human.
But, if you spray down with a biocide and wait 15 mins it will destroy them all, you keep spraying down as you do it, it's heavy stuff so a few bags might be needed.
To get around the waste carriers issue, just use a registered waste carrier to do it for you, they will charge X amount and you put a little on top for yourself for the bother of calling and arranging.
It can all be disposed of in landfill once treated.
For your safety use all proper PPE (mask, goggles, suit, gloves) this will all be disposed of once finished.
It's dirty work and charge around £60 p/h for doing it + whatever the waste carrier will charge + £30-50 on top for yourself.
