I have to get cleaning procedures written up by Friday, and am having issues locating Floor Cleaning Procedures (I need them for all types, i.e. carpets, wooden, lino etc).

I used to have some from the Johnson Diversey web page, but cant find them, and the links on the BICSc website just isnt playing nicely.

Can anyone help purlease???
