The Commercial brush has two holes would you use the top jet for heights to rinse so the brush does not leave the glass or am I talking dribble

I have a 60 foot Ionics carbon fibre pole with 16 inch brush,the top piece is a fan jet but would be more suited to clean cladding as the spray is over the brush head,I would'nt use it on windows as it will spray above the window and drag down alot of dirt so for that reason I always use the pencil fitting as it directs the water to within the bristles,I use fan jets 80% of the time on my other poles that are not from Ionics but only because they are within the brush head and not over them therefore I know exactly where the water is going.

So how do you rinse the window as at 60ft you cant lift the pole away and hold it

I don't lift the brush to rinse but tilt it to one side

You don't and cannot rinse off the glass at that height, just shimmy the pole onto the next window or slide it down. Rinsing is only really for the domestic market to ensure that the glass is left with a perfect finish. On glass 50 or 60 foot high your commercial client is just happy that they're not forking out for a cherry picker.
