Most would sell for 3 x adj net profit, so i'd guess a value 150k ish. Stick to cleaning!

no i wouldn't sell for 150k, i wish, i'm a realist, i'm more inclining for the value near to £35k, don't know really, i'm enquiring at the moment.

Selling a business for 7 x monthly earnings that is so easy to run and sounds like you could employee someone on a profit share basis is stupid. Wc rounds go for less because like someone said, a lot of people are lazy, they have to get the work etc. Also round value isn't going to be profit so they probably end up 7-8 x the monthly.

For those reasons...i'm out.

My message to Farkom its time for you to move on this si a window cleaning forum not a business selling site. Sell your dream to the state Cameron and Clegg need cash to pull the country out of the dodo. So Fark /....this time wasting.
