We are a limited company registered with Companies House in Cardiff and we are also registered for VAT with HMRC under Marble Life Ltd.

Furthermore we own and have the intellectual rights to http://marblelife.co.uk and have done for over 4 years.

I have spent close to six years building this company from nothing to get it where it is today.

If I catch you purporting to be us or find any documentary evidence that you are attempting to pass yourselves off as us, using our Trading Name, you have my word that I will do everything in my power to pursue you and get you closed down legally. I will then pursue you for punitive damages.

Marblelife is an internationally recognised franchise originatining from USA. They also have a set up in DUBLIN. The franchise cost around 30000.00 so they must have done their homework before investing that much money!! Try calling Marblelife USA to sort
this issue. I believe Marble life DUBAI also exist. I remember you chatting with them in one of the forums discussing about EXPANDER and KROMA

I think you will find that Marblelife USA no longer have any franchisees over here or in Dublin.  Their costs for Franchised areas are horrendous and let's face it who in the UK in their right mind is going to call a a company based in Florida to clean or restore stone? Or even to recommend someone to do it?  I called them 6 years ago and they wanted £75,000 off me

I think possibly I am not putting my point across.

I have no problem with them calling themselves MarblelifeLondon or anything else close.

What I do have a problem with is,  them purporting to be from our company or to be a London Branch of us.  In addition any company should be traceable with a registered address even if it's just a home address in the case of a sole trader and a land line telephone number.  There are too many fly by nights running round pretending to be Bona Fide traders with a mobile and a van then the following week they change the name and mobile number and become someone else.

I will make it clearer for you!  I do not use Marblelife conjoined.  The name of our company is Marble Life Ltd.  We also had the name checked by an Internet Names Lawyer and the Federal Trademark Database.  You seem to be missing the fact that I don't give two monkeys what they call themselves as long as they don't purport to be a London Branch of us.  How many Advance Cleans are there round the UK?
