Scratches on window ledge
«

Had a customer complain about scratches on his window ledge the other day, I use a pole system and the brush head can scratch, does anyone know of a brush head that is made of a softer material that wont scratch or has anyone got another idea.
Also, what can he use to bring out the scratches while keeping a shine on the window ledge, thanks.

Firstly if you make sure the brush is at the correct angle it will not scratch the ledge.
Secondly if the ledges are white upvc it may be that dirt getting into the scratch has made it show up.
If you give the ledge a good clean using cif or similar with a microfibre cloth you should be able to remove the dirt within the scratch and it will hardly show.
