canvassing motorvation!?

so i have been out a couple of nights now, first night got 4 x 15 quid houses 2nd night 1x 15 pounder and 3rd nothing, well ill be honest motorvation went after the first street, i suppose it was just one of those streets that had been canvassed to death as they all had a window cleaner! any tips for motorvation!?

well for a couple of hours work canvassing you have secured £900 turnover a year...use that as a foundation to carry on building.If you want an extra £9000 a year,then look at what you have already done and do it ten more times and so on and so on...... :)

treat knocking like a job, have set hours and work them hours,  ie 6-8  monday and wednesday and do these hours

might seem daft ,but in the early days i would go and draw out a 100quid from a cashpoint before i started canvassing or even cleaning and then after i finished id go into the bank and pay it back in-it felt as if i was rich,at that minute with a wallet bulging full of money i had just "earned" on the streets

Just remember that there is plenty of work out there but if you dont knock you dont get it!!!!!!!!!

When you go door knocking, treat every house as if it were the first. It keeps it fresh in your mind, and prevents any inner feelings of frustration and desperation from communicating itself to the householder.

i enjoy canvassing but due to family commitments and different things i get roped into in the evenings and other business ventures that i have means  im struggling to get out so im now advertising for canvassers in my areas,i will still get out from time to time but gonna give a few canvassers a chance.
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.
