Which inlet on the vac do you connect the pipe too???

The one on the top or on the steel drum??

Hello,

You connect the pipe ( the end with the metal band inside) to the inlet on the steel drum. The outlet on the top is the blow function.

Thanks Nick also do you take the cartridge off and replace it with the filter or put the filter over the cartridge mate?

We got one. Very pleased with it, does what it says on the tin, no probs. Very light/portable, and its empties the gutters out just fine.

CLEANS OUT NICELY?
i know to check S bends .
but your overall opinion ?
have you had a look at before and after ,using ladders ? to check its doing what its supposed to ?
really intrigued with this now.
can u get in on tight gaps where tiles really overhang gutters ?
would really appreciate your reply.

It cleans out excellent. Yes been up the ladder to check, as you do with summat new !! All fine, just as good as brushing them out by hand. The mirror works suprisingly well, i thought we would need a cam of some sort, you don't. Downside to the mirror is we knocked ours off and smashed it a few times, could probably do with making the mirror bullet proof as regards falling off and/or fitting a larger perspex/plastic mirror so it can't smash. Sounds mad  but you sort of get a feel for it and you know its cleaned out.
As regards really tight gaps, not got anything to say yet really as havn't come to one we couldn't do. I can forsee a problem where you might not get the nozzle right in, whether it sucks it from there i don't know yet.

But what is this system going to like clearing gutters when the contents of the gutters are soaking wet say in the height of gutter season in November?

very good takes a bit of time to get use to it like any thing new well worth the money
great work much better when wet than dry i find then a real pain when dry and dont do then now when gutters are dry
