DI refilling

Evening chaps. I ran out of my first tank of resin the other day. Bought a bag a resin today to refill it with. Any tips? So far i flushed out all but a few granuals of the previous lot, filled the tank about 2/3rds full and screwed the top back on. I would get 0 previously cos i live in a soft water area, but now even with the tap running really slowly its coming back 4 or 5. Any tips on what i could do differently, and whether 4 or 5 is ok on customers windows? cheers

take the lid back off.
give the vessel a good shake.
put a little bit of water in there to help get the lid n tube back in with ease.
should sort it.
you prob just put the lid back on wrong.
common mistake - mix up the in and out outlets when making water ...
and yes upto 10 tds is fine on regular cleans
