this is confusing Malc, are you saying the ex employee is right because he has been screwed over by the employer,

or are you saying he is wrong because it may come back to bite him on the bum.

or is it both and will it be a never ending circle :o where no party ever wins?

I am sure Tosh would love this but he is daft, so you will have to put up with me for now

In this context I meant that the advertiser wouldn't like having done to him what he appears to be wanting to do to the window cleaner.

Everyone is doing it to you anyway in one way or another, thats how contracts are generated mostly across the board. Only difference here is that they aint usually on ebay. Thats the way of the world sadly.
