Round Management Software
« on: August 13, 2011, 08:07:55 am »
I'm still looking for new software for managing our customer database and I've come across this but a little put off by the name of it, considering some previous events with similar software from a certain company (we'll say no more on this topic but sure you know what i'm getting at) and not wishing to be dropped in it again !!

What do you think?

I'm reluctant to adopt software, other than the stuff I already use, due to support and updates dropping off - not to mention the lack of export facility if I change my mind about using the software.  At least with the more widely used spreadsheets and databases there is support to be had even if the original company stop providing it.

Hi John

There were a few problems that put me off but the main one for me is I work in some remote areas of the county where I don't even get a mobile service let alone the possibilities of a data connection or even wifi so I really need software that's stored at my end and not on a server
