Hi Spruce. What WAS in the big heavy stainless box were 2 x flojets (1boosting the twin 40's) resin vessel and various valves for auto filling along with leisure battery etc etc.
I have removed the twin 40's which were fitted (submerged in the tank) and set them up static at home. Got rid of the stainless box and fitted the pump to a removable board (for winter removal)
Hope you are keeping good.
Regards
Dave
Hi Dave,
Fine thanks - wish I was a bit younger again though.
Thanks for the reply. To house all that it must be quite a big heavy box.
The reason why I asked is that it looks like Omnipole are now using a version of the Hurricane diesel heater in their offerings which appears to be packaged in a similar box.
I looked at this heater before from Canada for the boat/yacht market and it appears to be modeled on a combi gas boiler concept that we would be more familar with, ie central heating and seperate hot water supply. So I was wondering if they use the hot water circuit to heat the water going to the brush and the other circuit (CH) to warm the water in the tank.
See you around sometime.
Cheers
Spruce
