Also do you build in a w/c because of the leakage of ater and/or muck ?

Most blockages will actually be removed by the pressure washer.Just put it at the top of the downpipe and flush it just takes a bit longer.The only one's i have had a problem with is when there is a forest growing out of the top.Then you have no choice but to go up there and pull the large stuff out.Paul
