Look at it another way (this assumes all the figures are accurate and that the guy renting it is genuine and will carry on, etc)He's asking for £19,800.The guy pays £350 rental every four weeks, so £4,550 per annum.So you're laughing at the idea of getting 23% return on your money for sitting on your backside? It's not "23% return your money" which would be brilliant, as once you've paid him the £19,800, it's not your money any more
