need help on buying

I just started window cleaning and i wanted too convert to wfp, i have been looking at buying a van with the kit already in it but dont know what one would be best ro or di?, or would it be best to make my own? 
the water around my area is around 220.

i have about 3half to 4G to spend.

Take a look at pure freedom for a diy unit , it comes 95% assembled, around £800 to £900. That will give you a bit more cash to spend on a 2nd hand van

also has anyone ever heard of a company called k systems? if so anyone no anything about how good their systems are?
