thniking of selling up   am based in cornwall near newquay

it consists of

1 x 6 weekly care home £30
8 x 2 monthly £48
154 x 4 weekly £1121
1 x 2 weekly £14
1 x lodges cleans worth between 200 - 300 a month (every 2 weeks)

worth on average about 1440 a month

should take me about 2 weeks to do, but i tend to drag it out and sometimes only do 1 day a week, as dont really enjoy the job

any ideas what people think this might be worth,

plus am i better selling it whole with van and all my gear

Hi. I might be interested in the work when, and if, you get a price in mind but don't want the van etc. I would need to know more about the work though.

Where about's is the work - is it in Newquay or is it further North or South?

Is it cleaned WFP o trad? What sort of properties are the 154 x 4 weekly jobs and how many lodges are there? Would also be good to know why the lodges bring in between 200 to 300 a month. Do they not all get done every time?

driving a lorry for a local ground works firm all over plenty of laughs and the day flys by im loving it

Funny old game innit? I can't imagine what I'd rather do than window clean (taking in all the benefits of self employment too) but I must say I can see for some folk the attraction of lorry driving for the right firm/right sort of drops.

Fireman looks like money for old rope 90% of the time and real bravery and hardwork for 10%. Virtually a "who you know" job tho' eh?

Copper - right place; right time could be good but you're only one step from a job busting mistake aren't you?

14 years- nobody can say you quit early ,u gave it a good crack of the cornish whip for sure
