Priced a semi detached house £15 bloke goes inside tells his wife comes back out what if you dont do the small windows on extension, ok will do for 14 he goes back tells his wife what if you dont do back door.OK i say look i will do lot for 12 and leave the ones on roof.
goes back tels his wife ok he says gives me his phone number to let him know when im doing that area .
Is once a month clean ok i say once a month he says once a year will be ok . 15 - 20 minutes i was there.

you had a  lucky escape there ,  that bloke would have messed you about no end,over several months , once you had started cleaning , even if he had agreed on your initial price  he/she  would backpeddle  .

 hope you leaned on his gate as you left so that it wont close properly

when I get a call for a quote or someone asks me while I'm working then I make a point of asking before hand if its a one off or regular clean they are after and price accordingly
