Don't know why any1 should worry about the claims on any of these sites - in general it's close to what you should
expect to be turning over per year - thats not your wage/income

as also mentioned you just don't start out and get that sort of turnover !  it takes time and by then most new starters have got hacked off and given up!

As for commercial work - yes hourly ratres can be double the domestic rate, however (for me) these are independant companies that want a quality service not a wash over for a couple of quid.

weather you can find enough 'premium' jobs to earn £70k per year is doubtful. and with contracts all your eggs are in one basket do if it goes pear shaped thats your biz down the cr@pper.

we're happy sticking with domestic and adding in the odd commercial as and when they come in.

I think two things
1. The guy is selling window cleaning equipment so what would you expect him to say?
2. The expression is 'never let the truth get in the way of a good story'
