Where's the old members?
« on: October 21, 2005, 06:59:33 pm »
Just wondering where some of the old members for this forum are. Where's Jay from Grafters, the Bear and the Duke, just to mention a few. Any ideas? Kinda miss their input.

Duke got really fed up after some type of dispute with a wfp supplier over the warranty on a pole that he aired on here and then was asked not to.

He made a few posting as a guest after that and then ...... nothing.

Hi Ross

What happened to Graham Gould?

Roy

I've had a few e-mails from Graham.  Nice sensible ones.  He's around, but for reasons which he wants to keep to himself; he's not being 'Graham' anymore.

Intriged?  So am I, although I have an idea what it's linked to.

He's still on good terms with this site.

What happened to the Bear though?

Remember; family life does sometimes interfere your 'internet forum time' and when the 'Long-Haired Sergeant Major' makes you choose between 'the net' or 'her'; well the weaker members will crumble and delete their accounts.

Be a 'man' and stand up for yourself, is my advice.

And Pincushion... ;D

The Bear seemed a decent chap then suddenly disappeared.
His last post seemed in good spirits.

But where's Ray Pickering? UBA1? Telboy? Baldeagle? and there's many more.

Now that I have experience being a God for a time, I made my own conscious decision to delete many pointless past posts which brought me to divinity by default.
I prefer the obscurity of the humble classes, to truly remain in touch, to reach out to the lowly, and to be reached by the needy.
I am born again....Praise the Modrators!
By the way, in case some are wondering, I deleted my own, self inflicted.

Sarah,

I do most of the cooking in our house (because I enjoy eating decent food), but remember it's us blokes who have to suffer the PMT, pregnancy, child birth and stuff.  We're the ones on the receiving end; the cutting edge.

Personally, I could never go through another pregnancy.  Two was enough for me.
