just got a rush job to clean a large block paved cafe/terrace it needs cleaning then kiln dried sand putting down & matt finish sealer applied any suggestions as to which is the best sealer to use?

Whatever sealer you use for god's sake do it when it's bone dry and no rain due.

I learnt from a very awkward and costly job a couple of months back, also price the sanding and sealing accoringly, it takes as long if not longer than the P/W itself.

Try selling them clean & re-sand only, if you have not sealed before then becareful as it is easy to mess-up, conditions have to be just right, as in paving as to be bone dry and no rain forecast for around 8 hours after sealing, and with a commercial paving keeping people off the surface till the sealer has cured.
