so, last year it seemed to be the trend that most of us had a minimum price of £10 (for standard three bed semi)

so whats peoples new min price this year? £11 or more?

i always think a good rule of thumb is if you get 5 out of 10 quotes your pricing is dead

on any less your too expensive

and any more you too cheap

I think that is a myth. I get just about every house I quote. When working I earn a very good hourly rate - as good as any I've heard on here. It's about the customer feeling comfortable with the wc.

mine is kept fairly simple im in the quid a window gang and my minimum charge is £10 im sure ev 1 is different bt as a beginner this seems to b about rite 4 where i am working so at the mo thats hw i roll   : : :

how low are you Doley?       in recent months im pitching in at £9(for regulars) , was£8 in the past  ,devil-may-care  risk taker eh??

time to time i hear of the flash van set pitching in at 15 for the same houses-thing is ,i NEVER see these lads working anywhere,though i occasionally see them motoring along the roads

about 6-7   have some more higher but things are starting to get tighter down here,  there a are a  lot of cheap wc who would charge £5 for the house i charge £7 for,  i even got quoted £4 to do my house and i got 2 doors and 7 windows

i think some people dont feel comfy paying peanuts, im serious! they like to pay a good price for a good quality service! and thats where i come in!

Its a good way to build a business, look for those type of customers rather than a type of house.

would rather have 10 a day at £50 than 72 a day at £7

 colchesters a great place to work -i travel from Ipswich and love every job i do down there. Your price seems about right Richard, theres so many houses being built works not hard to find is it .south of colch town ,price higher  id say as youre working tiptree

what colour and make is your car ? i drive an old peugeotpartner van ,navy colour with yellow stars stickers on it

but then again if your not cleaning frames and sills and doors its probably a good price for a glass clean
