please dont use this as an attack on Willis, I cant see there nvq's having anything to do with your business,  they are entitled to to charge what they want, its a free world,

If they come to my town to take work, i would return the favour and move into there town to take work.

In reality if you spent time to speak to them you would benefit more than coming here and slagging them off.

To date I have being  over £50k in annual work off local window cleaners. In turn i give to work to plenty of windys in areas where i struggle.

I'll remind you of that when someone undercuts you and you whinge on here.

Who gives a sh!t. It happens all the time, so they undercut and they lie, why broadcast it on a global level?

Step outside your door mate and there'll be plenty more like that.

There's a fella who lives in the same road as me who leaflets my customers with 'we will beat any genuine price'.

Now what was it you were going to remind me of?

But at least this chap is admitting he will undercut as opposed to those who do but deny it

I had a feeling something was going on with them in Lincolnshire..

I'm in Stamford, so I guess I need to brace myself for their arrival if they've not already arrived?

I would be very uncomfortable with them undercutting in Stamford and Bourne.

I was until now booking on a course at the next available date with them but I don't think it'd be wise if they're coming to town!!

window cleaning must be the only area of business where
it is frowned upon to compete with the competition.

if any customer moves to another window cleaner for
a cheaper price thats there business,i def wouldnt drop
my price to compete as i charge fairly and if they want to
clean for less more fool them.

yep you lose a custie it normally doesnt take long to replace
them if you are good a what you do :)

You are very right.

They're just a bit close for comfort for me and I wouldn't be comfortable training with them knowing that I'm also competing with them.

What's the point of this forum then. Just about everthing on it happens all the time so why broadcast it on here?

Good point. It's one I've acknowledged myself. Glad I could be of assistance in highlighting your point. Now where were we? WFP or ladders? Gardiners or omnipole? Fitted tank or ratchet straps? ;0)
