The fact that its the wrong way round for me means that I would scrap it, regardless of the results. The fact that it doesn't look amazing after the clean (although it is a HUGE improvement) only solidifies that.
Like others have said, not worth using anything that is not 100%, these galleries/videos are your shopfront.
I must admit I'm having similar issues with getting good pics, the carpet looks great in the flesh, but just doesn't photograph very well. I'm assuming that its my crap abilities with the camera that's to blame (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

The write up beneath it says,' The worst areas had a light treatment again to remove the small amount of soiling remaining,' so why use an unfinished segment and not the entire process from beginning to end.
A video is like a book or film, an unfolding story that begins in one place and ends in another. Goron's story is, 'How I saved this carpets life'. Doctor Goron carries out emergency surgery, using all of his years of experience, hi-tech tools and medicines and struggles against the clock to remove gallons of filth and bacteria from the patients diseased fibres, while the patient, an ageing Wilton from Axminster clings perilously to life by the skin of his weave.
Tell that story and it would be interesting. ;D
No disrespect intended to Goron, by-the-way.

Simon and I may not always agree but he has made a good point here.

I was always taught to make videos with a Hero Vs Villain storyline, even if it only lasts say, thirty seconds.

Look at it from an uninformed customers point of view.

The other point is don't wait for the perfect footage (unless you hire a proper video company at over two grand).

Whilst you are waiting for perfection, a rival will use footage that is good enough. Next thing you know, their video has been syndicated to 50+ sites, bookmarked and is dominating your search terms.
