help with price
« on: October 18, 2005, 02:23:14 pm »
Hi all, got a phone call from George wimpey homes and theyve asked me to tender for them.  The tender is for a sales office, a 2 bed house, a small 4 bed house, and large 4 bed show house.  Im a wfp man and they are to be cleaned every 3 weeks, ive yet too see them but will on thursday.  Just wondered if anyone had a rough ides to go on, if I get it could lead to lots of work with them.
Any feedback gratefully appreciated many thanks guys.

just treat them as you would any other houses and price accordingly and remember to either wear the blue overshoes or take your footwear off when you do the insides, good luck
