I have been asked by one of our regular Customers to quote for "removing water based tackifier adhesive (similar to F Ball F41) from Terrazzo floor"I haven't been asked to restore the terrazzo, just remove all of the adhesive. Is there anything that I should be mindful of and are there any products / techniques that any of you would recommend from experience? As always, thanks in advance
I just did a small test panel for a cleaning company, removing a couple of heavy layers of sealer from terracotta. I used the stuff i use to remove paint from buildings. Its sold as adhesive remover. The dwell time ws short and we tried a black pad, then a stiff brush on a floor machine, but in the end they had to scrape it off. Adhesive remover from Chemicals Ltd in liverpool. Good stuff. www.paintstripper.com
